Our
terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the EPOS Store website and
are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order
and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Privacy Policy
regarding personal information provided by you.
1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes
will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. Delivery charges
are calculated for Next Day service to mainland UK only. Other destinations
or delivery services may be available and would be advised at the time the order
was placed. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on
delivery, please ensure there is someone available to sign on the expected delivery date. Failure to do so could incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery timescales are only estimations. We make every effort to deliver goods
within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.
4. We always send an e-mail to the address you submitted to inform you of the
dispatch of your goods, if goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time
we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask
if you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity to
cancel your order. If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch
of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you have not received the
goods within seven working days you should contact us. Compensation is limited
to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of replacement or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Online payments are
made using PayPal as this method is more secure and less prone to credit card
fraud. Other payment methods include credit card phone orders, cheque and bank transfer. Goods are subject
to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will
inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you
have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive
your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that
all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an
error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible
and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling
it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If
you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full
refund.
7. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in
which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better
quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can
return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
8. Warranty for
new items is as the manufacturers.
9. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and
you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the returned goods value may be charged.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer
to our Returns policy section and following the instructions given. Refunds
will only be given if this policy has been followed.
11. Claims for damage and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
12. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
13. Our prices are quoted, excluding VAT, which will be added to the final net
total at the end of the order processes. Goods sent to private individuals within
the EC will attract VAT at the current UK rate. Goods sent to companies within
the EC can be zero rated if they supply us with a their VAT registration when
ordering.
14. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and
we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or
any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting
from use of this website.
15. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever
caused, including incidental returns costs.
16. We do file details of your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for details
of how these can be obtained.
17. The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any
dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and
Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. |
